Alexei joined Liberty Tire Recycling in early 2024 with an extensive background in asphalt additives. He also has a heavy background at the asphalt plant level, growing up and working at his family’s plant in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Alexei has long lasting relationships with asphalt producers and specifiers from coast to coast. The majority of his career has been spent creating specifications with commercial customers, DOT’s and municipalities. While also helping to implement new technologies at the asphalt plant level. With his primary focus centered on longer lasting and more sustainable pavements. Alexei believes that rubber is the most versatile product he’s worked with. Combining the recycled elements with performance elements of rubber to become the more effective combo in longer lasting pavements.
