Waste Tire Management Enterprise
Michelle holds a BS in Biology from the University of Colorado and a MS in Environmental Engineering and Science from the Colorado School of Mines. Michelle is the Administrator for the Waste Tire Management Enterprise, which was formed by Colorado SB 24-123 and signed into law in June, 2024. The Enterprise provides financial incentives for recycling end-of-life tires into tire-derived products in Colorado. Her experience includes work as a paralegal, a waste tire inspector at the municipal level, and managing the Enterprise and Enterprise Board since its inception. Outside interests include rock climbing, alpine skiing and mountain biking.
