As VP of Circularity Business Transformation, Olivier leads the Michelin Group’s shift toward a business model with sustainability and circularity at its core. His mission is to position Michelin as a “clean winner”: transforming circularity into a driver of growth while protecting the environment. His scope spans global responsibilities for Mining, Aviation, and Beyond Road, as well as oversight across the Americas.
Olivier’s career includes senior leadership roles across multiple continents and industries. He served as President and CEO of NexTraq, a North American fleet services and software company; Managing Director of the Michelin Tweel Business Venture, scaling disruptive mobility technologies; and Chief Product Officer Worldwide for Michelin’s $12B Automotive division. Earlier in his career, he founded and led Power Mecanic, a Swiss start‑up in the mobility sector.
His international experience includes living and working in Switzerland, France, Singapore, China, and the United States, giving him a uniquely global perspective on business transformation and innovation.
Olivier holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), an Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland, and has completed executive education programs at MIT and INSEAD.
He is a proud husband and father of two multicultural daughters (11 and 5), an avid triathlete, and a firm believer that gastronomy and wine are among the world’s most powerful social connectors.
