Stephanie Mull is the Executive Director of the Tire Recycling Foundation (TRF), where she leads efforts to advance innovation in the circular tire economy, expand end-of-life tire markets, and support research that addresses critical gaps in tire recycling and sustainability. She brings extensive experience in sustainability, fleet management, and decarbonization from both the public and private sectors. Prior to TRF, Stephanie was the Sustainability Senior Manager at PepsiCo, where she led initiatives to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions across North American fleets and spearheaded large-scale electrification projects. She also previously guided municipal fleet transitions to cleaner technologies in local government.
